Below are some of  our most frequently asked questions. Our goal is to provide the best customer service and to answer all of your questions in a timely manner, however if you don’t find your question below please contact us.

Yes, we carry general liability insurance. Your home will be protected from the moment we step inside.

Yes. We do a background check on each Maid. 

We only hire maids who have verifiable experience in the industry. This ensures you will receive a quality cleaning at an affordable rate.

No. Many homes hide a key on the premises, or have a lock box with a code that is designed only for the maids to enter. We are unable to keep a key for you. 

If your regular cleaning falls on a holiday, we do our very best to move you to a day earlier in the week or after the holiday. If you have special guest arriving we ask that you email us 2 weeks in advance to request that your home be on a priority list. 

We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas eve, Christmas Day and New Years. 

We clean on prearranged days offering a window of time but are not able to guarantee an exact time. This ensures plenty of time to provide a quality cleaning. 

We understand there may be a time in which you need to reschedule. We require a 24 hour advanced notice to avoid a $25.00 cancelation fee.

 If your unable to return to let your maid in before she arrives there is a lock out fee of $50.00.

We ask that alarm systems remain off on your cleaning day or provide us with you alarms code. We are not responsible for setting off alarms if a code is not provided.

If your furry friend is friendly, there shouldn’t be any issues as we only hire pet friendly maids. If you furry friend is not so friendly we ask that you keep him or her in a kennel or other secured area.

You may provide a special treat for us to give you pet when we arrive and leave.

We will email you an invoice the day before or on your scheduled day. We ask that all invoices be paid when your cleaning is complete. We accept debit or credit card.  NO CASH OR CHECKS PLEASE!  

​If you choose to download our app, you may store your credit card information. 

​Tipping is not necessary. However if you feel you’d like to tip your Maid for a job well done, then please give your maid that tip in person.

Yes. The state of Texas requires that we collect sales tax on our services.

Our maids, supply all cleaning equipment and supplies needed to clean your home and leave it smelling fresh. However, if special cleaning supplies are required (stone counter top, for example) you must supply your own cleaning products. We recommend that we use your vacuum to avoid cross contamination of bugs or anything else that could be transferred from one home to another. Our maids have a vacuum if you not have one available. 

​Unfortunately, we will not clean inside china cabinets.

We provide our own ladders.
