Future Maids provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and new/post-construction cleaning.

Recurring cleaning services are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and are designed to maintain a consistently clean home. One-time cleaning services are ideal for special occasions, seasonal cleaning, or clients who do not require ongoing services.

Future Maids strives to assign the same housekeeper to your home whenever possible. This allows your housekeeper to become familiar with your home's specific needs and preferences while providing you with the comfort of knowing who will be entering your home.

Depending on scheduling, availability, home size, or scope of work, additional team members may occasionally be assigned to assist.

No. Many of our clients are away during their scheduled appointments. Clients may provide access instructions, door codes, garage codes, or hide a key in a secure location for the day of service. Our housekeeper will secure the property upon departure.

No. We simply ask that excessive clutter, personal items, and valuable belongings be picked up so your housekeeper can focus on cleaning and work efficiently.

Yes. Our housekeepers arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and equipment needed to perform your cleaning.

If you prefer specific products, be used in your home, please notify us prior to your appointment.

Absolutely. Future Maids is a pet-friendly company. We simply ask that pets be secured when necessary to ensure the safety of both your pets and our housekeepers.

Future Maids reserves the right to discontinue service immediately if a pet displays aggressive behavior or creates an unsafe working environment. A $100 safety or lockout fee may apply. No refund or re-clean will be provided for appointments that cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions.

Please provide complete alarm instructions prior to your appointment. Future Maids is not responsible for false alarm charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

We recommend securing cash, jewelry, firearms, collectibles, family heirlooms, and other irreplaceable items prior to your cleaning appointment. While our housekeepers exercise great care, Future Maids cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items that are not properly secured.

Tipping is never required but is always appreciated. Tips may be given directly to your housekeeper or added to your invoice by contacting our office,

Move-in and move-out cleaning services are designed for vacant properties. Homes containing furniture, personal belongings, excessive debris, or utility interruptions may require additional time and additional charges.

Yes. Hourly cleaning services are available for clients who need assistance with specific cleaning task. Work completed will be based on the amount of time reserved.

Please note that hourly cleaning services are not covered under our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.

Yes. New construction and post-construction cleaning services are billed hourly unless otherwise specified. Construction dust, drywall residue, paint overspray, and debris may require multiple visits to achieve desired results.

For safety and liability reasons, Future Maids does not move excessively heavy furniture or appliances, clean biohazards, remove mold, handle pest infestations, climb higher than a two-step ladder, or perform services that may place our housekeepers at risk of injury.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations, rescheduling requests, or skipped recurring appointments. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

A $100 lockout fee may be charged if our housekeeper is unable to access the property upon arrival due to missing access instructions, incorrect entry codes, unsecured aggressive pets, inaccessible properties, or any other circumstance preventing entry.

Clients must provide functioning electricity and running water during the scheduled appointment. If utilities are unavailable, service may be canceled and a lockout fee may apply.

Payment is processed upon our arrival at the scheduled service appointment. By scheduling service with Future Maids, clients authorize Future Maids to charge the payment method on file for the estimated service amount upon arrival.

If additional services, excessive cleaning conditions, or approved add-ons require additional time beyond the original estimate, any applicable balance will be charged upon completion of service.

Charging upon arrival reserves your appointment time and ensures that our housekeeper is compensated for scheduled visit. This policy helps us maintain efficient scheduling and continue providing reliable service to all clients.

Future Maids Cleaning Service requires a valid credit or debit card to remain on file for all services. We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payment methods. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

Future Maids reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in service frequency, home condition, square footage, conditions. Clients will be notified of pricing changes whenever possible.

Due to the nature of cleaning services, Future Maids does not offer monetary refunds.

Clients covered under our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. If the concern falls withing the scope of the guarantee, we will return to address the area at no additional charge. 

No. Hourly cleaning services, move-in/move-out cleaning services, post-construction cleaning services, and specialty cleaning services are excluded from the 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.

Past-due balances may be assessed a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

Future Maids invests significant time and resources in recruiting, training, and retaining qualified housekeepers.

Clients agree not to directly hire, employ, contract with, or otherwise solicit any Future Maids employee or contractor introduced through our services during active service and for twenty-four (24) months following the last date of service.

Violation of this policy may result in a placement fee of $5000. 

Future Maids may photograph or document areas before and after cleaning for quality assurance, training, documentation, insurance purposes, dispute resolution, or marketing purposes. No personally identifying information will be shared without permission.

In the event Future Maids must pursue collection efforts or legal action to recover unpaid balances, the client agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney fees, filing fees, court costs, travel expenses, collection agency fees, interest and any other expenses incurred in recovering the debt, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
